The Client 👌
El Caserio is a restaurant that focuses on natural, locally sourced ingredients and aims to preserve Cuenca’s traditional cuisine. However, the presentation is avant-garde with a “chic” twist.
The Problem ❌
El Caserio's main issue is the reservation system it’s currently using.
On the one hand, the system is unclear and confusing for users. It’s hard to tell which days are available and which aren't, or even when the restaurant is actually closed.
On the other hand, the system doesn't make it clear that there’s a waiting list for dates that are already fully booked.
The Solucion ✅
Create a much more visual booking system that guides the user through the entire reservation process.
The goal is to structure the information clearly and help users know exactly what to do and which steps to follow at any moment, making the experience easy and intuitive.
